The sea seems to be a constant theme in my life. It is in much of the artwork in my home and if given my preference it is the place I choose to go for rest and refreshment of soul. God speaks to me there, and according to the psalmist, He speaks to all of us there, for “The voice of the Lord is upon the waters.” This is the verse from Psalm29 and the title I have chosen for this place where I will from time to time reflect on just how I hear our God’s mighty, yet sometimes still voice upon the waters.
The sea, in my humble opinion, is one of our Creator’s greatest and most beautiful creations.
